Where are you located?

We are located in Quezon City, Philippines.

Do you deliver nationwide?

We can deliver equipment to the different regions nationwide.

Strategically placed in Manila for Luzon and Cebu for Visayas.

How long does it take to provide a quotation?

The time required to provide a quotation varies depending on whether the item is standard or custom. Generally, the process can range from one day to two weeks.

What are your office and service centers working time?

Our Office hours are:

  • Mon to Fri – 8:30am to 5:30pm

Our Service hours are:

  • Mon to Fri – 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturdays – 8:30am to 3:00pm

Do you provide PMS?

Yes, we do.

Do you offer accredited items?

Absolutely! We take pride in offering accredited products across our range. What payment terms are available?

For new customers we offer the following payment methods:

Do you have offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do. Please contact our team on the items and the quantities and we can get back to you on the prices.

To assist you even further we would be redirecting you to our dealers or partners closer to where you are located to reduce transportation costs.

Our warranty policies ranges from 30 days to 1 year.
